Description Position at Leveraged Furniture Operations HON and Allsteel, industry leaders in workplace furnishings, are in search of a Social Media Recruiting & Branding Coordinator! This role will support our Leveraged Furniture Operations (LFO) team in Muscatine, IA!This co-op will support our hourly manufacturing, professional, and campus recruiting strategies. This role will play a key piece of developing the look and feel of our 2 employment brand strategy.Interested candidates will need to be able to work 12-20hrs per week. Schedule is flexible to your school schedule and willing to be fully remote for the right candidate. Some of the essential aspects of the position include:Developing digital email, web and text campaigns.Creating and designing employment brand ads.Creating new and exciting ways to promote our culture, share our Member's stories, and highlight why working at HNI is great.What it takes:The ideal candidate would be able to dedicate up to 20-hours per week to support our direction.While this role will work remotely a majority of the time, you will be required to come onsite to Muscatine to facilitate photo shoots, record video, conduct Member interviews, etc. Especially early on to understand our business and meet our team!Advertising and/or graphic design experience using: Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and understand HTML coding.
