What you'll do:
Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts, collaborate with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas
Go “high and wide” in accounts to build relationships with potential buyers and influencers; take a consultative approach to identify client issues that DHC can solve
Initiate conversations about new opportunities and partner with DHC Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities
Work with the Customer Experience organization to optimize usage and value of DHC services
Lead critical renewals conversations
Meet and exceed renewal and expansion quotas
Accurately forecast opportunities and utilize CRM to manage your portfolio
What you'll need:
3+ years of individual, quota-carrying selling experience in BioPharma / Med Device
Experience selling to or working in key BioPharma / Med Dev. functions: commercial teams within a brand or therapeutic area, Analytics, or Med Affairs teams
Experience in account planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts
A powerful work ethic with energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
Superior communication skills and proficiency crafting compelling narratives using MS Office tools
