ServiceNow Technical Consultant

As a ServiceNow Consultant you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for multiple implementations of all ITSMITOMITBM applications. As a ServiceNow Consultant You will work directly alongside our ServiceNow team to understand our clientrsquos requirements and provide the best solution. Successful candidates will have a strong background in ITSMITOMITBM, understanding of ITIL processes, and have lead client engagements. This role may contain up to 25 travel post-pandemic. Responsibilities Lead multiple implementations of all ServiceNow ITOM applications. Design, develop, configure, implement, and support all ITOM applications for various clients. Lead client engagements and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Requirements 3+ years of ServiceNow experience Strong hands on ITSMITOMITBM development experience In-depth CMDB experience Configuration, Class Structures, Configuration Attributes, Business Rules, Data Modelling, Rest API. Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS) Certifications ServiceNow Application Developer and or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist. Archer, MetricStream or Crowe experience. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework.
