Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Programmer II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various activities related to program design, workflow design, configuration, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation for applications and related integrations. This role requires a strong technical background and a comprehensive understanding of all phases of application systems analysis and programming.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure programs and workflows according to specifications.
  • Write, test, and debug code for applications and integrations.
  • Document application processes and configurations for future reference.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, technical architects, and designers to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Update, repair, modify, and expand existing applications and capabilities.
  • Analyze and understand the business functions for which applications are designed.
  • Perform varied and complex programming tasks to enhance system functionality.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Understanding of document signing tools
  • Proficiency in Java
  • Experience with integration and API development

Required:

  • ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
  • 1+ Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certifications
  • CompTIA Security+ certification (required for IT1 Administrators only)
