ServiceNow - ITSM Developer MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS At least 5-years of experience in supporting and implementing ServiceNow, including in-depth knowledge and experience in best practices on ServiceNow ITSM modules. Extensive, demonstrable experience working on IT Service Management (ITSM), including building workflows and modifying out of box configurations. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to perform development and maintenance tasks primarily related to the ITSM modules of ServiceNow, including Incident, Service Request, Change, Major Incident, Problem, Oncall, and CMDB. ServiceNow Development experience, especially in the ITSM area Ability to monitor and optimize the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform Experience with scripting in languages like JavaScript, XML or JSON Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using SOAP and REST APIs Ability to configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Change Management, ReportingDashboarding Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations Ability to develop and deliver training classes to teach end users how to use newly developed workflows, features, and functionality DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS Certified ServiceNow Developer Certified ServiceNow Administrator Knowledge and experience with platform administration Development experience with other ServiceNow modules including APM, GRC, PPM, and SAM are a plus Note Candidate should be prepared for at least one online Microsoft Teams interview, including a live demonstration of their ServiceNow skills.
