Overview
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
Manage platform upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing business disruption.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot platform issues.
Configure and enhance ITSM modules
Develop workflows, flows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and automation solutions.
Collaborate with process owners to optimize ITSM processes and align with ITIL best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal pages, widgets, themes, and custom components.
Improve user experience through responsive and intuitive portal design.
Develop custom portal functionality using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
Support service catalog enhancements and self-service capabilities.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
Implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Support data imports, transformations, and scheduled jobs.
Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to support operational and management reporting.
Develop metrics and KPIs for service management processes.
Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in platform governance, documentation, code reviews, and change management processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to administrators and end users.
Qualifications
Experience supporting a production ServiceNow instance.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Experience developing and customizing Service Portal.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, Discovery, or Asset Management.
Experience supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow environments.
