ServiceNow Business Analyst - Mid Level

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and system analysis, with a focus on design, improvement, and implementation. This role involves translating business needs into technical requirements that align with best practices and support our strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with government functional customers to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business process needs into user stories while ensuring prioritization using Agile methodology.
• Analyze and improve existing business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions that align with DLA Digital Business Transformation initiatives.
• Participate in design sessions and contribute to the development of process improvement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, with proven expertise in requirements development, testing, training, and documentation development

 Required: 

• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
