Description

The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for the functional design and prioritization of enhancements to the ServiceNow platform focused on HR Service Delivery (e.g., Case and Knowledge Management, Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions). This position will manage efforts across various Global HR stakeholders and liaise with the ServiceNow development team for deployment.

* Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops. Perform gap analysis (as is functionality versus to be functionality)
* Gather requirements, test, and train stakeholders based on customer requirements, define detailed requirements in working with the process owners in the form of stories for development with detailed design elements for each story captured
* Document the customer journey and identify ways to improve existing customer pain points based on process optimization, technology, change management, or communication
* Ability to write clear, concise and accurate functional documentation, like requirement stories, use cases, test scripts, and training documentation
* Prioritize enhancement efforts across global HR stakeholders to manage global processes
* Work with global HR stakeholders on agile teams; manage sprints and periodic scrum sessions, as applicable
* Prepare test data in preparation of product and user testing based on requirements and stories
* Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies by working with key stakeholders and product experts
* Participate in User Acceptance testing and recommend improvements.
* coordinate with Global stakeholders to create and execute test scripts prior to deploying break-fix and enhancement efforts
* Configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, HR Services, Knowledge Base, Dashboards and Reporting
* Review functionality of upcoming upgrades and/or existing functionality and work with HR resources to prioritize new functionality
* Lead HR upgrades by facilitating the regression testing efforts and coordinating communication efforts to key stakeholders, including the development team
* This role may have one direct report

Qualifications

* 2+ year in a leadership, business analyst, project management experience
* ServiceNow implementation / administrative expece
* Experience working with HRSD solutions in an enterprise environment; global enterprise experience preferred
* Working knowledge of system technical development / build or deployment activities (training, communications, system rollout) as well as system development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
* Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with HCM (HR Core) integrations; SAP SuccessFactors, preferred
* Enjoyment working with customers
* Experience building applications that meet goals
