Our Corporate Technology team is responsible for the development of software solutions for all internal Veeam business departments as well as external customers and partners. We provide software applications, services, and data to automate businesses processes and maximize efficiency throughout the enterprise.
This role is a key member of newly established ServiceNow admin team within Corporate Technology. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of an innovative and collaborative environment, where your work directly contributes to the company's efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
As a ServiceNow Application Administrator, you will become an integral part of our ServiceNow team, managing and optimizing our ITSM, ITAM, CSM and other products. You will work alongside our development teams, enterprise architects and cross-functional teams across the globe to maintain health, stability and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow environment.
Your tasks will include:
- ServiceNow Administration & Maintenance: Oversee the ServiceNow instances, including system upgrades, patches, plugins, and release management
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
- Incident Management: Handle incident resolution within the platform to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions. Cooperate with implementation teams on defect reporting and fixing.
- Request Management: Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions. Import and archive data, create reports and other request from end users.
- End-User Training & Support: Provide training and support to end users, empowering them to effectively utilize the platform for their daily tasks and processes.
- Automation: Identify opportunities to automate routine processes, tasks and testing scenarios to reduce manual effort and improve overall efficiency.
What we expect from you:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, its architecture and best practices
- Deep Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM product
- Knowledge of other products such as ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps (preferred but not required)
- Understanding of web services (REST, JSON, SOAP, OAuth)
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Strong communication, planning, problem solving, trouble shooting, and organizational skills
- A strong inclination towards continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in technology and service management.
Will be an advantage:
- BS/BA degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in ServiceNow administration and/or development
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred but not required)
