Computershare Technology Services (CTS) provides global technology and infrastructure/support services for existing Computershare proprietary software together with a full range of development services for new products. CTS globally has approximately 1,500 employees and is made up of Service Delivery, Development Centre of Excellence, Digital Centre of Excellence and 6 technology groups aligned to our global business lines. CTS Service Operations NA contains 100 staff located across North American sites, ensuring the maximum availability of any operational IT services. This includes fulfilling user requests, resolving service failures, fixing problems, as well as carrying out routine operational tasks. CTS Globally have approximately 1000 employees, with approximately half of them in Oceania and the other half split between the Americas and EMEA regions. Each region is split into 3 major divisions; Global Planning and Delivery, Service Operations and Development Services. A role you will love Working within the Service Operations department, the Foundations team is responsible for providing 2 nd and 3 rd line technical support for all of CTS customers and clients, as well as enhancing customer experience through investigating and resolving system faults enabling our customers to run their operations effectively. Providing 2nd and 3rd Line support to Business escalated via the 'Service Now' system Ensuring all Server Systems are available and meet with Company requirements. Maintaining logical and physical security measures where appropriate. Maintaining systems both hardware and software. Ensuring hardware and software fault calls are placed, managed, and resolved according to relevant maintenance contracts and in line with problem management processes Building pro-active and constructive professional relationships with other teams and departments Day to day support of Microsoft Server Platforms and MS Products (Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019, Active Directory, IIS, Windows Clustering, Windows Storage, VMware) Providing support to POC and deployment activities Working CTS maintenance/change management windows What will you bring to the role? Do you have a passion for Server Engineering? This is the role for you! We need people with experience with Cisco UCS environment and/or Nutanix HCI. Multiple years' experience supporting day-to-day Microsoft Windows Server platforms and products. Multiple years' experience supporting day-to-day Microsoft Windows Server platforms and products (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, Active Directory, Exchange 2016, Exchange Online, MS Teams, Office 365, VMWare, Powershell. Diverse in-depth technical knowledge and appreciation of Windows Servers, Hypervisors, Exchange, Active Directory and Teams. Able to work with both technical and those with limited understanding of technical concepts. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to manage multiple change work streams, often across many technologies Required: Experience with Cisco UCS environment Multiple years' experience supporting day-to-day Microsoft Windows Server platforms and products (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, Active Directory, Exchange 2016/Online), Citrix, VMWare, Teams,-Faxination, Windows Clusters.
