Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher III

We're partnering with a leading technology company to find a talented User Experience (UX) Researcher III to join their innovative team. This is a temporary position based remotely out of region. There is no application deadline for this role. *User Experience (UX) Researcher III Responsibilities:* * Design, plan, and perform comprehensive research to inform product development within mobile experience initiatives. * Generate actionable insights that influence product strategy and user experience design in high-impact projects. * Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure research is centered on real user needs and is integrated into the product development process. * Present research findings to senior stakeholders clearly and effectively, utilizing storytelling, workshops, and live discussions. * Connect insights across multiple projects to develop a cohesive understanding of user needs and behaviors. *User Experience (UX) Researcher III Qualifications:* * Extensive experience in user research with a background in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or Social Science. * Proficiency across various research methods, including ethnography, usability testing, concept testing, and contextual inquiry, with familiarity in blending qualitative and quantitative data. * Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and adapt quickly to shifting workflows and emerging AI-powered UX capabilities. * Strong communication skills capable of engaging senior audiences and navigating dynamic discussions. * Deep UX expertise with a systems-thinking approach to influence cohesive user experiences. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement. * Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
