We seek a UX Designer to deliver user-centered experiences from concept to launch. Passion for UX design and enthusiasm for technical opportunities are essential. Join a collaborative team to design experiences for a platform relied on by leading global organizations.

As a Senior UX Designer, Your role will include :

• Acting as a strategic partner who represents users and ensures their needs and feedback drive design decisions.
• Simplifying complex systems so workflows are clear, navigable, and solve users' real problems.
• Conducting evaluative user research and making data-driven design decisions.
• Contributing to our team's design guidance, AI tooling approaches, and shared knowledge of design and research best practices

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5+ years of UX design experience, with work examples or a portfolio demonstrating design for complex products.
• Demonstrate exceptional UX design expertise with deep knowledge of technical personas and scalable solutions for complex systems.
• Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences that are aligned to business goals, user needs and engineering constraints.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and link content, terminology, and product reasoning effectively across various technical domains
• Demonstrate fluency in Hebrew and English to communicate design decisions and develop product or domain knowledge in both languages.
• Have cyber security knowledge is helpful but not required.
