Job Details

We are currently seeking a seasoned Remote DE Underwriter AND a Conventional Underwriter with recent experience in a Retail lending environment.

Essential Functions-

• Underwrite new loan file submissions
• Responsible for reviewing / clearing own conditions
• Maintain complete and accurate loan files
• Make independent approval/suspense/declination decisions
• Ensure loans being underwritten meet the policies and procedures for salability
  

You should know some of the following

• 3+ years underwriting experience
• Encompass experience is a plus
• Knowledge with mortgage products/underwriting procedures
• Knowledge in DU/LP and manual underwriting
