Position Overview:

As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be tasked with finding and hiring the best technical talent available. We have plans for growth across multiple disciplines, with a heavy focus on engineering, and this is a key role to ensure the ongoing success of the company. You will work closely with leadership to understand the roles we need to hire for and will then execute on sourcing candidates and guiding them through the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, closing) across all technical roles
  • Constantly track, report, and strategically improve the recruiting process
  • Develop targeted hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline through sourcing, referrals, research, and events across all open positions
  • Effectively communicate the mission, culture, and opportunity for growth at Iterable.
  • Build trusted and long-term relationships with key stakeholders and implement best practices
  • Educate and advise stakeholders on the hiring process and decisions, and challenge them appropriately
  • Establish a robust, scalable recruiting processes while ensuring first class stakeholder and candidate experience
  • Promote Iterableโ€™s brand by building and nurturing networks, fostering lasting candidate relationships, evaluating competitors, and sharing best practices

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, highly agile startup environment. 
  • 5+ years of proven experience sourcing and hiring top-tier engineering candidates
  • 2+ years of experience working for an international company.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and talent market subject matter expert to hiring managers and the business at large.
  • ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting technology tools for applicant management and candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, coachable and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred:  

  • Previous working experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
  • A mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $134,500 - $200,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
