Bachelor's Degree is required in Accounting, Finance or Tax
"CPA" or equivalent certification is preferred, but not required.
2-4 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 public accounting and/or a corporate tax department with a focus on state and local tax
Well organized, self-starter, proactive team player (collaboration and sharing), communication skills
Able to work at a fast pace and prioritize competing projects (focused)
Detail oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (solution-oriented), as well as some project management skills
Strong computer skills (Excel/Word)

This position will support the business to ensure timely and accurate filing of US tax returns, estimated payments and organization of supporting data, and to minimize tax liabilities and exposure to penalties/interest.

Assist in the completion of US federal, state and local tax returns including compliance obligations for non-US operations (e.g., Form 5471, 8858)
Support US International tax analysis including the calculations of E&P, GILTI and BEAT
Assist with research and documentation of income tax accounting methods, tax positions and processes
Assist with the preparation of the ASC 740 tax provision calculation for the US Companies
Maintain US tax calendar and legal entity chart
Calculate estimated tax payments
Assist with examinations/audits of the Group's subsidiaries' tax returns
Resolve tax notices
Reconcile tax general ledger accounts
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in tax department processes
Keep up to date on tax law changes and their impact on the organization
Special projects, as needed
