*Description*

Reporting into the Global Manager of Talent Acquisition in the UK, this role can be based anywhere in the USA. In this role, you will utilize your experience to significantly impact and deliver recruitment across the US. We are looking for a highly self-motivated and independent individual with a passion to identify and connect talent, to fill roles at numerous levels across multiple disciplines. Main ditties and responsibilities will include the following:

* Deliver full life cycle recruiting across the business nationally (USA)

* Partner with HR and Line Managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities

* Provide strategic direction and support to deliver on talent needs, and work with the global talent acquisition lead to drive solution orientated results

* Leverage work force plans and internal talent tools to increase internal hires

* Manage the interview process, ensuring candidates are thoroughly vetted before presenting, ensure quick turn around on requests to schedule interviews, debrief with interview panelists, and provide timely feedback to candidates.

* Optimize recruitment processes where necessary

* Manage relationships with external recruiters

* Work in a data driven way where quality/quantity of hires, hiring manager/candidate experience, time to fill, diverse slates and requisition load are measured

* Influence, build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

My client is a medical device and technology business that designs, develops and sells digital testing and wireless equipment and tools. The firm is almost a decade old but due to COVID, they are growing at an unprecedented scale. They have major operations in the USA, Europe, Asia and South America.

* $ 110,000 to $ 120,000 base salary (dependent upon experience)
