As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will focus on driving Redis’s Data Platform capabilities in the market beyond caching. Over the past few years, Redis has introduced capabilities such as Vector Search, Streams, Query and Search, JSON storage and Time Series. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including LLMs and GenAI, positioning Redis as the fastest Vector database while also promoting its other database strengths. More than just an SME, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to seasoned veterans in the industry and DBAs, providing solutions that go beyond traditional data storage and retrieval.
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Redis powered solutions for their specific business and database needs, helping them increase business value and overcome challenges. You will drive proof of concept (POCs), pilots and evaluations, working hands-on with our customers using one of the best technologies in the market.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $127,260 – $224,250 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
