About the Role

Inflection/GoodHire is looking for a Senior Scrum Master who will assist with our product development department. In this role, you will work directly with the product management and engineering teams to implement an effective agile mindset and join our scrum teams to deliver customer benefits.

In this role, you will:
  • Mentor multiple scrum teams to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity using agile practices and coach them on how to get the most out of self-organizing.
  • Drive innovation and customer delight by focusing on improvement with the agile delivery process reporting key metrics to the business.
  • Help balance the prioritization of product roadmap, tech modernization, and sustaining work.
  • Support the Product Owner and Development Lead in creating and updating reports to stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments and/or coach the teams on how to effectively remove impediments.
  • Facilitate team meetings across teams from scrum of scrum to release meetings, and quarterly retrospectives. Helping to identify conflicts and resolve them.
  • Develop and maintain processes, tools, and the manner by which they are utilized across the scrum teams.
You will be a fantastic fit for this role, if you bring:
  • BS/BA (Business, Engineering, or other relevant degrees) - or equivalent work experience in a technical work environment
  • 5+ years of scrum master experience
  • 5+ years experience as a servant leader to engineering team in an agile environment
  • Agile certifications (CSM, A-CSM, large-scale scrum)
  • Experience with TDD
  • Strong project management skills: organized, attention to detail, and able to manage multiple issues simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience implementing best practices leading to positive change
