The project and the role description:

We are currently seeking a Senior PMO Manager to join the project of our Swedish client — a global manufacturing company that provides forest, park, lawn and garden, and construction products for professionals and consumers.

As a Senior PMO Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, efficient use of resources, and timely delivery within budget. You will lead the entire PMO function, enforce project governance, support project managers, and regularly engage with senior leadership to manage risks and keep stakeholders informed.

Tasks:

• Strategic Planning and Alignment: Ensure SAP projects align with the company's strategic goals, facilitating the selection and prioritization of initiatives that drive business value.
• Project Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to oversee SAP project execution, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.
• Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of resources for
• Risk Management: Overviewing the different risks inside the projects and support mitigations strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Stakeholder Communication: Overviewing the different projects communication and providing stakeholder communication support to the project managers.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance PMO processes related to SAP projects, promoting best practices and driving operational excellence. Drive lessons learn.

Required skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including 5+ years in a PMO leadership role managing large ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred
• Solid understanding of SAP modules related to manufacturing and enterprise system integration
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving change
• Based in Czechia or Slovakia
