The Senior Salesforce Developer willwork with a team of Salesforce professionals under the IT organization to create custom solutionsleveraging the full potential of the Salesforce platform with the intent of becoming a world classSalesforce organization.This is an internal customer facing role that will primarily be responsible for the design, development,testing, and deployment of internal Salesforce solutions. This role will also collaborate with our internalSalesforce team to capture, distill, and document business requirements and paths for success toleverage Salesforce solutions.Position Responsibilities: Collaborate and liaison with the internal Salesforce team to deliver business solutions Within an agile environment, partner with internal Salesforce team to estimate and roadmapprojects and requests Relentless self improvement - continue to grow as a developer, staying well informed about bestpractices and new functionality on the force.com platform Promote adoption and advocate for the force.com platform Be accountable and responsible for your work productsMinimum Requirements: Strong understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the force.com platform Strong understanding of Salesforce administration tools and best practices including workflowrules, process builders, and visual flows Extensive experience working with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, andHealth Cloud Extensive experience with object oriented programming languages (APEX) Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), web services, and Apex callouts Extensive experience with RESTful integrations and patterns (sync vs async, batch vs real-time) Familiarity with ETL tools (Mulesoft (preferred), Informatica, Boomi, Tibco, Talend) Familiarity using testing automation tools (Selenium,Testrail) Familiarity with Agile development processes, continuous integration, and deployments Familiarity with project management or issue tracking tools (Confluence, JIRA) Collaborate with internal Salesforce team to accurately estimate level of effort for timelyissue/project execution and resolution Review and ensure quality of current and growing Apex code base Continually evaluate and refactor code base for optimized data modeling and scalability Proficiency in developing unit testing with assertions for core functionalityAdditional Requirements: Takes initiative and has ability to multi task in a dynamic, high growth, start up environment Take responsibility for end to end solution delivery and iteration Detail oriented individual with ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts,business models, and technologies Team player with strong communication skills Results and objective oriented person with a focus on delivery Strong organization and project management skills Able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Customer focused attitudeAdditional Experience a Plus: 3+ years of Salesforce Administration in an enterprise environment Experience developing and deploying Heroku application products Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience is preferred Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-301) or equivalent experience is preferred Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) or equivalent experience is preferred Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV-501) or equivalent experience is preferred
