About the Team Typeform is growing quickly. We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruitment Specialist. As part of the Talent Team, you will work closely with the People Team and hiring managers to facilitate the internal recruiting process utilizing our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting stack. The ideal candidate has exemplary skills with sourcing top sales candidates as well as a broad network and understanding of the sales ecosystem and talent pools within B2B SaaS top companies. S/he will keep top candidates engaged through a structured interview and hiring process, and bring them onboard while passionately marketing the Company to them as the "face" of Contrast to provide a best-in-class candidate experience. Ultimately, you will ensure we hire top A-players to help us achieve our ambitious business objectives. The Senior Sales Recruitment Specialist will also be someone passionate and savvy about numbers and data utilising both to improve and report on different processes whilst always finding out new ways of staying ahead of the curve in terms of providing different avenues to ascertain and attract the best Talent. About the Role Here's what you'll do: Establish a strong relationship with all key stakeholders in the business. Own and market job openings through effective sourcing channels. Screen resumes and align with hiring managers to identify best-fit candidates. Create interview processes from scratch using notion guidelines whilst advising hiring managers. Actively partner with managers on workforce planning and organizational structure. Set recruitment deadlines for business and hiring manager purposes. Adapt to business needs and workload. Provide clear and discerning interview feedback as needed, and drive interviewers to complete feedback in the Company's ATS. Create a market map within the US spotting organisations within the B2B SaaS space whilst productising recruitment efforts i.e. understanding where the talent need resides. Define and create a Sales interview process from scratch which will drive not only candidate quality but will also heavily assess candidates capabilities form a skills and KPI perspective. Maintain detailed reports that provide the status of open positions and recruiting efforts given both Hiring Manager & TA full visibility of existing pipeline. Developing strategic relationships with talent pools. Make sure Typeform is present in relevant industry events and becomes a well-known employer of choice for top talent in SaaS B2B Sales. About you Here's what we're after: 4+ years of recruiting experience 3+ years of sales recruiting experience Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting Excellent hands-on skills with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Analytical skills and metric/results-driven (Understanding of recruitment baseline metrics : TTH ,TTF, COH,Ratios.) Good understanding of sales KPI's (gross profit, annual revenue, profit margin, etc.) Desire to educate and evangelise recruiting best practices throughout the company.
