Summary of Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Data Analyst focusing on SFDC Data Operations and Governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and enhancing data quality, data enrichment, data structures (including account hierarchy) and ensuring effective data governance practices. The candidate should possess expertise in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Macros, and Google Sheets. The role requires a candidate with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and a proven track record of successfully managing data-related operations.

Key focuses:

  • Data Operations:
    • Oversee and manage data processing operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Implement data quality checks and validation processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
  • Data Governance:
    • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
    • Establish and maintain data quality standards and guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Data Enrichment:
    • Enhance existing datasets through effective data enrichment strategies.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data enrichment.
  • Vendor Collaboration.
  • Partner with external vendors, such as Zoominfo, to obtain and maintain a comprehensive list of prospects, including account and contact information.
  • Evaluate and select new vendors, ensuring they align with the organization's data quality standards.
  • Regularly communicate with vendors to stay updated on new data sources and features.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
    • Create and deliver reports to key stakeholders.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree + in a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst focusing on data operations and governance.
  • 2- 3 years of experience working in a Salesforce Platform (Associate certification desirable)
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce Data Architecture
  • Familiarity with  Revenue or Sales  Operations or related experience
  • Utilize Salesforce for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of macros for automation.
  • Leverage Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ year of experience in the recruitment advertising or SaaS spaces
  • Experience with Revenue Operations platforms (Pardot, Outreach, Xactly, Gong, Postal.IO, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Experience supporting technology/process improvement initiatives
  • Project management experience

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 107,500-150,000 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
