Kastle is seeking an experienced high volume, Senior Recruiter (Flex/Remote) who can source and screen for best fit candidates for consultative sales positions nationally. Not only will you cultivate and draw top-notch professionals in the field, you'll also further our well-respected brand across the industry. Responsibilities may include sourcing and screening candidates for our interview process to full life cycle scheduling and recruiting. You are excited to turn over the rocks and bring top sales professionals who are already crushing it to Kastle!The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for sales positions. You must possess outstanding and creative sourcing methods and proven success in filling complex roles. This position is expected to be a four-month engagement, with the possibility of moving into a regular role.

Create a pipeline of inbound applicants and identify talent through sourcing channelsScreen qualified candidates for consideration and provide them insight into our great employment value propositionPartner with the Director, Talent Acquistition to ensure the hiring process moves forward and monthly goals are metEnsure proactive communication with internal stakeholders on candidates, volume and competitive insightsResearch and identify options to drive new sourcing channels to increase quality candidate poolsNetwork where the great candidates are in order to identify passive candidates ready for a great opportunityMay provide assistance with managing schedules and logistics for interviews between your candidates and hiring managersEnsure applicant tracking system (iCIMS) is kept current

Bachelors or masters degree preferred, or equivalent experience recruiting for B2B sales professionalsDemonstrated success sourcing high quality candidates and closing jobs quicklyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationshipsProven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demandsExtensive experience leveraging several sourcing mechanisms and identifying alternative sourcing options
