NORC at the University of Chicago is looking for a highly collaborative and intellectually curious Senior Recruiter, who champions DREI and stays at the forefront of new and emerging DREI recruitment strategies and tactics. This role will be central to helping NORC to recruit and retain top talent, with an emphasis on BIPOC, LGBTQ+, veterans, disabled and neurodiverse professionals.
The Senior Recruiter, DREI is a newly created position. We want you to feel empowered to make this role your own, with opportunity to present fresh ideas for developing and implementing DREI recruitment strategies across the organization.
As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with our new Chief Diversity Officer and her evolving team to source candidates and build relationships that advance our DREI commitment and goals.
