Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our call center operations. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting appointment setters and supervisors within the solar and roofing sectors, ensuring that our call center is staffed with skilled professionals who drive our business forward.
Core Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified appointment setters and supervisors in the solar and roofing call center industry.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates to generate interest in available positions.
- Interviewing & Selection:
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align candidate profiles with team needs.
- Provide recommendations and insights to hiring teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Onboarding & Integration:
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including coordination of training schedules and provision of necessary resources.
- Monitor new hire performance and provide feedback to support successful integration into the team.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Collaboration & Relationship Management:
- Partner with call center leadership to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and educational institutions to expand sourcing networks.
- Additional Recruitment Support:
- Assist in recruiting for other roles within the organization as needed, providing support across various departments.
Who We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on call center positions.
- Industry Expertise: Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring appointment setters and supervisors within the solar and roofing industry is highly desirable.
- Recruitment Skills: Strong background in managing complex recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software; experience with Workday is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Extraordinary multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and proactive with a knack for anticipating needs and solving challenges.
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
