The Role

As Addepar continues to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our high-performing Recruiting team. You’ll own full-cycle hiring for Product & Engineering roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to craft and execute effective recruiting strategies. From sourcing to offer, you’ll be the go-to expert for attracting top technical talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.This is a high-impact role on a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and great vibes. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $118,000 - $150,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Product & Engineering.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and influence hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey.
  • Track and meet hiring goals in a metric-driven environment.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing campaigns, events, and outreach to grow talent communities.
  • Help evolve our recruiting practices and contribute to team-wide projects and process improvements.
