About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Teramind, you will play a critical role in driving the talent acquisition process and ensuring the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and engage with top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and possess the skills and experience needed to excel in their roles.

Your day-to-day

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from gathering position requirements to extending job offers.
  • Develop and implement effective search strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Design and generate comprehensive reports that showcase the effectiveness of the recruitment process in filling positions.
  • Take the lead in implementing innovative ideas to enhance talent acquisition practices.
  • Acquire and maintain expertise in the company's products, ensuring a deep understanding of their functionality.
  • Perform any other assigned duties as required.

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on 360-degree recruitment efforts.
  • Proactive and highly energetic, driven by a strong passion for recruitment.
  • Sensitive to the challenges and needs of growing businesses, especially those of a scaling start-up.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and quickly adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at all levels in a professional, articulate manner.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Fluent in English.
