This individual will organize and coordinate multiple projects in order to ensure the successful attainment of goals and objectives. They will plan, execute, monitor, and control multiple projects with cross functional internal project team(s) and external client teams; create a body of knowledge of the project for external review and further knowledge throughout the Project Management team; communicate project scheduling, milestones and revenue impact to team members, supervisors/managers and Executive Management; ensure conformance to all applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science. Certificate in Project Management (PMP) is preferred. 5-8 years in project management leading cross functional teams with a minimum of 3 years technical experience in a Quality Control or Analytical Development laboratory, Process Development position, or Aseptic Manufacturing operations management. Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical (preferred) or Medical Device (acceptable) cGMP production, and familiarity with Quality Management systems and regulations. Proven ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple cross functional projects independently to meet strategic objectives.
