About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee medium to large-scale web and mobile development projects. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional, high-performing engineering teams to launch key web and mobile apps, ensuring every aspect of the project is executed with efficiency and precision.
Your responsibilities- Oversee development projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction.
- Manage development estimations, technical assessments, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Lead and align the development team, delegating effectively and driving client success.
- Streamline and document processes to improve scalability and continuous improvement.
- Own client success strategies by gathering feedback and identifying service enhancements.
- Prepare detailed project proposals, including budgets and timelines, collaborating with Sales to secure new opportunities.
- Mentor and support team members, providing feedback, guidance, and professional development.
- Uphold company policies and maintain quality and consistency across all projects.
- Foster a strong team culture, ensuring retention and growth.
- Analyze utilization, forecast profitability, and optimize financial performance.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to strategic planning.
- Support operational effectiveness through budgeting, technology adoption, and process improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Project Management, with deep expertise in Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Proven track record of managing projects for U.S.-based clients or accounts (preferred).
- Proficient in utilizing project management tools and frameworks.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration with U.S. clients.
- Strong leadership and delegation abilities, capable of aligning cross-functional teams toward project goals.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development and SCRUM methodologies.
- Prior experience as a Software Engineer is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
