As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Scanner Pro, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, adoption, and user engagement. You will help align our product with the real productivity challenges of our customers and lead innovative campaigns that shape the experience of millions of users globally.
What will you do in this role:
- Refine the product’s value proposition and positioning: Own the messaging, positioning, and value proposition for Scanner Pro, ensuring it's shaped by user insights, market trends, and business objectives. Collaborate closely with Product to recommend enhancements and drive strategy.
- Drive growth: Lead the development of data-driven strategies to optimize onboarding, retention, and conversion. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to unlock growth opportunities through experimentation and user behavior insights.
- Campaign strategy & execution: Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned media, with the goal of driving awareness, new user acquisition, and subscribers.
- Testing & hypotheses: Propose, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance, traffic, and conversion rates across key touchpoints.
- Run pricing and paywall tests: Create a roadmap of tests for improving the performance of both pricing and paywalls in all segments, platforms, and regions. Work closely with the Product, Lifecycle, and Customer Insights teams to use best practice techniques to ensure we convert, activate, retain, and reactivate users at the key moment of purchase to grow user lifetimes and lifetime values.
- Customer insight & competitive analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of target audiences and market trends to ensure the product evolves to meet user needs and maintain a competitive edge.
- Plan and execute new product launches: Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams to manage onboarding and conversion for all new product launch projects.
- Budget management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, focusing on maximizing returns across channels.
- Data-driven decision-making: Collaborate with the Analytics team to analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and refine acquisition strategies based on insights.
About you:
- You have 6+ years of experience in mobile app marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and user engagement for mobile products, preferably in the consumer tech or productivity space.
- You are an innovative marketer with hands-on experience launching new digital products and features that delight users and solve real pain points. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
- You’re a master storyteller. You can craft compelling narratives that resonate with both internal stakeholders and external users, shaping messaging that drives product success across different markets.
