Job Description

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Senior Product Manager responsible for Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing focused on KOL Engagement. The selected individual will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of several key marketing programs critical to the success of the XPOVIO brand in the hematology marketplace. This individual will serve as an integral member of the marketing team, and will work closely with Field Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory to develop, execute and measure ROI of HCP tactics. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility and creative problem solving.Work closely with Sr. Director to align on strategy and executionLead the peer to peer channel for the brand, including speaker bureau faculty engagement and speaker bureau content developmentWork cross-functionally to create and execute a comprehensive KOL Engagement planDevelop and lead the commercial advisory board plan to gather customer and marketplace insights to identify, develop, and execute business initiatives to drive education through the peer to peer channel that supports the brandInitiate, lead, and drive marketing work projects/tactics/resources, including direction and day-to-day management of agencies of record and additional vendors as needed Maintain and refine existing, and lead the development of new HCP personal and non-personal marketing tactics, programs and initiativesEnsure project timelines are metAttend review committee meetings to represent new and existing resources, and effectively manage annual renewals / expirationsManage SOWs, POs and marketing budget / monthly accruals to a high degree of accuracy Work closely with the U.S. sales force to adapt strategies, tools, training and messages to drive success for U.S. business Participate in several brand critical initiatives such as but not limited to, brand planning, market research, and message & creative evolutionEnsure that all marketing processes, documents and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Karyopharm corporate compliance guidelines

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years pharma/biotech US marketing experience6+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industryPreferably specialty or hematology/oncology experienceField sales and/or field sales management experience preferredProven track record managing the overall operations of a large marketing initiative directly supporting the field sales teamAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate across functionsTrack record of applying strong analytical skills including commercial, financial acumen and budget management to enhance decision-makingWillingness to proactively identify issues and opportunities in the business and make the appropriate recommendations, and/or take the appropriate action to get things doneDemonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, innovative and performance driven environmentFlexible and able to adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge of the Legal and Regulatory environment in pharmaceutical marketing; including Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee process Experience managing vendors and holding them accountable to timelines and project cost estimatesHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
