You may contact , option 5, for assistance.In this role, you have the opportunity toThis pivotal marketing role for CT/AMI (computed tomography/advanced molecular imaging) drives creation of products and solutions from idea to market. The Senior Product Manager is accountable for defining, launching and building profitable Solution platforms that transform healthcare.You are responsible forThe Product Manager owns the business's product strategy, product requirements for product, solution and services development and launch and lifecycle management driven by global and local market needs. The product manager defines business opportunity based on customer insights and translates them into winning value propositions. They own portfolio and product roadmaps and define commercial specifications for the required products, being co-responsible for the realization of the products and the proper introduction of these products in markets.Develop and maintain a needs-based customer segmentation for their respective solution across global markets (supported by Market Intelligence)Help define solutions platforms and offerings that support growth, portfolio evolution, modular designsWork across R, Services and Operations (helping lead "heavyweight teams" where applicable) to develop integrated offerings that meet the needs of priority customer segments, tailored by marketSet value-based price corridors and guidance for products/solutions/servicesCoordinate pricing and business model innovation across the portfolio to ensure profitable growthDevelop channel strategy for each offering by market (e.g., direct in North America, indirect in emerging markets and online globally)Develop business cases for new solutions and services for consideration in the portfolio management processDevelop business requirements for new product and enhancements to existing products; work with R on functional specifications and feature/function prioritizationWork with Field Marketing to enable the market sales teams (e.g., conduct presentations ahead of new product/solution/services launch)Conduct customer executive presentations, coordinated as part of sales campaigns with priority customersManage external analyst relations (e.g., presentations) for their products and offeringsDrive overall execution of development and launch of solutions in all markets as part of a cross functional business team including BG/BIU Management, Sales, Field Marketing, Operations and FinanceOwn development of global new product/solution/service training contentManage contractual strategic partnerships with third-party integrated solution providers; key strategic customers/KOLs; and as appropriate, complementary solution providersDevelop and maintain five-year strategic vision for product roadmap (for internal stakeholders and customers)To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceYour ProfileExpertise in customer segments and the national healthcare systems in which they workUnderstands the dynamics of capital goods and solutions marketing along with the dynamics of "installed base" marketFamiliarity with subscription-based payment models a plusFamiliarity with the technologies and clinical applications that currently dominate the Senior Product Manager's markets, and with the emerging technologies such as AI that will serve them in the futureSuperior business acumen and GM mindset (position likely to be a rotational role for future GMs)Boldness to create/shape markets whenever possible, exploiting Philips technologies, market positions and brandSkillsAbility to synthesize and evaluate market and customer feedback and existing and new services into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffsExpertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality and introduction date targetsDemonstrable communication skills and ability to lead an organization to develop market leading products/solutionsHigh-tech product launch experience (clinical experience a nice to have)Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleaguesFluent in hardware and software product development, including quality and reliability techniquesTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceBachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred10+ years in marketing, product development or related fieldExperience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businessesUS work authorization is a precondition of employment.
