Senior Product Manager, Rep Intelligence

Sales Hub introduces AI-powered guidance into the customer journey to arm our customers’ sales reps with all the data and insights they need to effectively prioritize and action the right deals at the right time. 

 

Millions of customers use Sales Hub every day to grow their business. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to join us in taking Sales Hub and our customers to the next level of growth. 

 

As a Senior Product Manager on Deal Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in creating software that helps sales representatives progress and close more deals. We seek a highly ambitious individual who can advance the vision of our Deal Intelligence products while balancing user needs and integrating AI into essential selling tools. Your passion for creating efficient workflows and exceptional user experiences for sales teams will be vital. 

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Lead the vision and direction Deal Intelligence in Sales Hub, a suite of experiences dedicated to helping sales reps effectively win more deals
  • Operate as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically - alongside dedicated Design and Engineering partners
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
  • Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
  • Become deeply familiar with how sales teams operate, through frequent customer engagement and data analysis, and shape the optimal way for salespeople to work efficiently within HubSpot.
  • Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience launching products successfully to customers
    • Preferred but not required: experience building products for sales teams or other customer-facing roles 
  • Experience owning a product vision from creation to execution
  • A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
  • The ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiences
  • A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
  • A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
  • A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
  • A desire to deeply understand how HubSpot products work, and how our customers leverage them today 
  • The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment
