Position Description:The product and design team leads the retail, distributor, manufacturer, and future market solutions. We are committed to human-centered design, agile, and product-minded principles, it uses a lean-agile based framework where product pods drive the quarterly roadmaps. Each product manager within the team is fully accountable for maximizing the value of the solutions and working to mature those solutions. The design team ensures we have the very best user experience, user design, and content across all our tools and solutions.
We are looking for someone who loves to turn big ideas into elegant products that solve our partners' key challenges. Our B2B offerings including sales analytics, inventory optimization and automation, lead generation, order management and marketplace e-commerce for retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and other partners in the automotive aftermarket.
As a designer at our Company, you believe in the power of data, and have an interest in making that accessible and consumable to our wide variety of industry partners. You deeply care about solving problems that matter for people and craft tools that will be used daily, impacting how our partner organizations operate their business.
You can think as a service designer, going beyond the user interface, to identify how we might solve a problem most effectively. You have experience with user journey mapping, personas and other frameworks that can help our teams synthesize the learnings from research and facilitate collaborative workshop to turns those into actionable next steps.
You are a team player who loves cross-disciplinary collaboration, working closely with our product managers and engineers to develop solutions through an iterative process of ideation, prototyping and user testing. Once you validate your solutions, you use your design skills to bring the product vision to life, building on top of our in-house design system.
