-Utilize experience maps, mockups, wireflows, and FIGMA/ Invision prototypes to design user-centered design artifacts that communicate the problems and solution.
-Document design specifications in detail.
-Participate in cross-functional and product design team ceremonies.
-Partner with Product Managers and User Research teams to strategize on product road map and design validation.
-Review and assess the state of experience using customer support data and in-product feedback.
-4+ years experience as a UX Designer or equivalent.
-Experience in Interaction Design and Visual/ UI Design with focus on clean aesthetics.
-Experience with mapping service design blueprinting or design sprints with non-designers.
-Experience with design and collaboration tools such as FIGMA, Miro, InvisionApp, and Sketch.
-Bachelor's degree in relevant fields of experience design (Human Factors, Graphic Design, User Experience Design, User Experience Design).
