About the Role:
As a Senior Product Designer on Financial Products, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our financial services for workers, ensuring they are easy to discover, understand, and use. You'll craft high-quality, intuitive end-to-end experiences that drive conversion, engagement, and trust. Partnering closely with a dedicated pod of Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teammates, you'll influence strategy, build alignment, and ensure executional excellence. We thrive on customer research and data-driven decisions, balancing immediate impact with long-term vision. Our cash compensation range for this role is $129,000/yr to $175,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $156,000/yr to $194,000/yr in San Francisco, Seattle & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
