TTEC - Senior Principal, Project Management (Remote)

What You'll Be Doing

Looking for an opportunity to drive innovation and change throughout the company by leading the largest enterprise projects? You'll lead teams creating the initiative strategy, investments and business case, execution plan and initiative implementation. You'll lead initiative communications across the Board, Executive Committee and other partners. You'll have experience leading matrixed teams, translating strategy into execution and delivery, financial modeling, data analytics and project management.

You'll report to the Director, Enterprise Project Management Office. You'll impact the business through your leadership of transformative projects.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Establish structure to new strategic plans including; team structure(s), execution framework, business cases, communications materials, project plans, updates/reporting and more
  • Lead matrixed teams of different departmental leaders and subject matter experts to new levels of creative thoughts and implementation of strategic change
  • Conduct data modeling and analytics to achieve an elevated level of performance Prepare for and lead quarterly business reviews, team member reviews and Board presentations
  • Responsible for "connecting the dots", to find and address cross enterprise project risks, interdependencies, and blockers
  • Exercise solid project skills
  • Manage the customer relationship, have full command of our client business model, and demonstrate respect and responsiveness to client needs
  • Develop business relationships, which includes working with all levels and organizations across the company

What You'll Bring

  • 10 years professional experience in business consulting or driving change projects or project management experience
  • Solve complex, open-ended issues with incomplete data and little direction
  • Experience in and understanding of operating a large-scale Global organization
  • Work in a matrix organization; lead through influence with individuals from different countries and cultures and all levels
  • Strategize and structure problems, projects, budgets and plans, and summarize complex information from many resources into an achievable plan
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
  • Manage changes in direction, and competing demands, while balancing internal client needs and team requirements


The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $87000-$149000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
