People who imagine with the user in mind, developing technology that helps change patients' lives.What you will do As a Senior Post-Market Surveillance Data Analyst, you are responsible for leading post market data acquisition, interpretation and analysis of data using statistical techniques to provide relevant, reports to the business.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Extract and format data from various systems per the respective Post Market Surveillance processes Support cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups on ad hoc data analysis, data mining, data queries in support of product performance, regulatory, compliance and other product focused deliverables or requirementsOwn generation and dissemination of Success Rate Reports in support of the Sales ForceDetermine and implement data driven solutions to optimize support monitoring of customer and product quality issuesProvide support during external and internal audits relating to Post-Market data monitoring Ensure Post Market data monitoring is verified and validated if applicable per the respective Post Market Surveillance processes and proceduresProvide guidance on Post Market Surveillance data monitoring processes and projects to key stakeholders and Post Market team membersExtract and prepare data as requested by Regulatory and Notified bodiesProvide analytical support for tracking recall activities and assist in completing product field action documentation. Execute post-market surveillance activities including complaint trending and data extraction for annual risk reviewDevelop and optimize methods to visualize data (Tableau dashboards, charts, presentations, etc.) What you need Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 years professional experience working with and visualizing large data sets Proven statistical, mathematical and analytical acumen Ability to be decisive utilizing critical thinking.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical and time management skillsHigh level of proficiency in Excel and data visualization platforms Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to write and communicate in a professional manner, including but not limited to, generating and presenting reports and presentations.Preferred Qualifications Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or ScienceExperience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) and Quality Management Systems such as TrackwiseWork From Home: RemoteTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
