We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional Consultant with expertise in HR, Payroll and Benefits module. The individual will be supporting on PeopleSoft HCM, CRM and PHIRE applications. Position Responsibilities Gather requirements and create design documents for change requests Work with HR business partners to determine project ROI and develop implementation schedule Present HR operational changes at the various Stage Gate Reviews Partner with internal business owners, technical team members, and senior management throughout the projectrsquos life cycle. Act as the intermediary to facilitate a clear understanding among all parties about business assumptions and requirements, design, technical, testing, and production migration requirements. Work closely with the Technology Services staff to establish, revise, and maintain standards and procedures while implementing system projects. Work with clients to foster best business practices, the appropriate use of automation to provide efficient, cost-effective administrative systems and a continual process improvement approach to the agencyrsquos automated administrative systems. Develop, upgrade, implement, test and document software components. Direct, review, and approve the design and technical specification of well-documented, efficient and effective solutions to meet business needs. Develop solutions with team members to implement previously defined and documented requirements. Manage Patch, CPU and Tax Update implementation and schedule Develop code solutions for change requests Unit testing of all HCMCRM processes in scope of the upgrade updates Position Requirements Possess knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and CRM 9.2. Possess strong functional and analytical skills within the PeopleSoft HCM Payroll, Benefits and HR modules. Possess knowledge and experience with PeopleTools version 8.56 (8.578.58 a plus). Possess knowledge and experience in Fluid User Interface (UI). Possess knowledge and experience with Application Engine Programs, SQR, componentpage development, PeopleCode, and XMLBI Publisher for custom development. Possess significant experience with the Software Development lifecycle Possess experience with Phire change management software (preferred) Possess strong analytical and organizational skills so that they can delegate tasks and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
