About the Team

The Home Quality Team is responsible for auditing all our homes and ensuring the homes are maintained to Opendoor standards. The team identifies homes that don't meet our standards and ensures corrective actions are taken. The Senior Operations Associate works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the vendors are completing repairs to Opendoor standards. You will resolve any issues that come up during the audit by working with both internal and external parties.

Role Responsibilities

Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completedReview job site photos, assess completion, and work with internal stakeholders and vendors if additional work is requiredCollaborate with the team to issue work orders and ensure they are within budgetCommunicate schedules with vendors, confirm availability, and partner with stakeholders if dates need to be rescheduledPerform pre-appointment and post-appointment check-in with the vendorsPrepare quality check reports at the end of each jobFollow up with vendors for additional documentation when necessary

In office roles require all role responsibilities to be performed in the office. Candidates must be based within a 25-kilometer commuting distance of the specified office location.
