Job Description

Senior Operations Analyst
100% remote; Locations in order of preference: 1. AZ; 2. UT; 3. CA Bay area.

  • Will work afternoon to late evening hours to support Asia business during Asia business hours.
    • Example only and not actual hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM


JOB SUMMARY:

  • Performs assigned activities required to support Global Operations.
  • Works independently and has proven expertise that is applied to the essential functions.
  • Utilizes knowledge or resources to resolve complex issues; seldom encounters issues requiring escalations.
  • General operations functions may include, but are not limited to:
    • Tracking, verifying, and/or inputting information.
    • Reviewing accuracy of information or documents.
    • Preparing reports.
    • Analyzing and researching items for resolution.
  • Builds relationships with team and other internal clients and collaborates to resolve issues.
  • Recommends potential process improvements.
  • Special Projects as assigned by management
  • Participates in meetings and other duties as assigned by management, which may include providing feedback to management of team member performance.
  • Assist in the development of team member goals.
