The US Oncology Network's integrated Data and Analytics Team is seeking a Senior Network Growth Analyst, who will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Network through evaluation and analysis of market trends, competitors, and operational optimization opportunities. This position works within a matrixed team to support a broad group of organizational stakeholders with market insights and wholistic opportunities to grow the network.
Data Analysis & Reporting - 50%
Maintain and deliver established reporting/analyses, tools, and data products
Drive development of new analytics to answer emerging questions to support network growth
Create new, standard, production-ready, scalable data and analytics products
Provide ad-hoc reporting support to key partners in the network as needed
Identify opportunities to improve existing analytics deliverables/products
Provide analytical support interpreting data trends and troubleshooting reports
Develop and apply subject matter & business knowledge (including but not limited to understanding of the business, levers for network growth, provider referrals and relationships, emerging markets, etc.)
Leverage the data platform for analytics projects and data products
Data Management & Development - 25%
Sourcing, manipulating, and owning core data sets needed to support analytics projects
Capture, document, and communicate best practices with analyst colleagues
Develop strong understanding of the different data assets and their advantages/disadvantages
Gathering requirements and designing/delivering reporting, analytics, and automation solutions to meet project and data product requirements
Contribute to the development of the data platform - technical and subject matter knowledge
Assess projects/analyses for and support the efforts with automation of data management and analyses
Collaboration & Presentation - 15%
Prepare professional, written analyses and summary results using graphical representations
Delivering presentations to network customers in medium to large groups on strategic matters
Communicating (written, presentation, & verbally) key findings from data in a concise & actionable manner
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic and long-term projects
Partner and develop strong relationships with a diverse group of external stakeholders (with different priorities and goals) to influence without authority

Participate in upskilling with technical, subject matter, and data domains in addition to learning new tools and cutting-edge analytical techniques
7+ years of experience with data visualization technologies like Tableau and/or Power BI
7+ years' experience with SQL, relational and dimensional databases methods
5+ years' experience with Python or other programming languages (sqlalchemy exposure preferred)
7+ years' experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in healthcare
3+ years' experience with time series forecasting and/or stimulation methods
3+ years' experience using a variety of regression and classification techniques for data modeling
5+ years' experience with presentations and ability to present to senior leaders/execs within the organization
5+ years of analytics/business intelligence related project management experience
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly collaborative individual capable of navigating a matrixed environment
Experience working in an agile and virtual team-based environment
Experience working at a healthcare practice a plus
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with SharePoint
Experience with cloud computing platforms a plus (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning or AI skills a plus

This is a FT, salaried position (P4 Level) with a range of $104,400.00 - $139,200.00 - $174,000.00 USD. Budgeted base is $130,000.00. Eligible for Annual Target Bonus of 15%. Compensation is commensurate with a Candidate's skills, abilities, education, experience, labor market and Internal equity. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Holidays & PTO.
