Here, you'll help branch teams grow both their clients and their leadership skills, providing innovative thinking to continue evolving our training, development, recognition and rewards in ways that best engage our unique branches.The Branch Measures System Analyst is responsible for partnering with various areas within Branch Development to provide project support and data analysis by leveraging technology and tools in order to gather requirements, build, test and deliver reporting solutions to achieve business needs. Key Responsibilities: Build solutions to meet business area requirements using technologies such as APEX, Tableau, Hyperion, Qualtrics, Microsoft Office, VBA, etc.-Provide analysis that facilitates the transformation of raw and/or summarized data into information and insights.Ability to create and maintain inventory of recurring reporting to adhere to delivery timelines and continued review and evolution of the reports to meet changing needs of the firm and division.Ability to communicate details concisely and accuratelyProvide moderately complex system prototypes, processes and data flows in support of enhancing existing Branch Measurements toolsCreate and maintain Measurements data definitions library Maintain Measurements intranet website for field and internal divisionsExecute and present written and verbal Branch Measurement systems analysis including business case creationProvide second level technical support for measurement toolsAbility to conduct Peer review walkthroughs to assure quality and accurate reportingDocument, monitor and improve data processes and controlsSupport the development of policies and enforcement of policies, and standards by creating methods to evaluate the adherence of those policies and standards.
