It's time to do your life's best work.(sm) In this role, you will: Work directly with cross-functional team members to initiate, develop, and execute consumer-facing marketing materials that support the brand, product, campaign, and marketing objectives Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate proactively to manage expectations, project timelines and logistics. Anticipate stakeholder needs and requirements Own end-to-end process and completion of multiple projects and will maintain campaign/project records utilizing established department procedures and tools Be detailed, organized, deadline-oriented, and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment plus be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously This position is involved in driving new membership/sales growth for UnitedHealthcare Hearing products. This role will develop strategies and tactical plans to support acquisition marketing efforts acquiring new members. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day aspects of marketing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables Assist with strategy and tactical plans to achieve desired level of client and member engagement Write and edit content for websites, marketing materials and marketing campaigns Create, execute, and measure e-mail, direct mail and drip campaigns based on sales strategy including developing campaign materials, leading planning meetings, managing print operations, maintaining databases, tracking sales data and preparing reports. Analyze campaign performance and give future campaign recommendations based on results Design marketing materials including web graphics, flyers, direct mail, and presentations for both B2B and B2C audiences Organize all tradeshows and events including the development of marketing materials and coordination of event logistics Create integrated, end-to-end marketing plans that develop new B2B sales opportunities as well as engage existing clients Develop B2B client pitches for sales and account management meetings and build RFP marketing content Support provider marketing initiatives including the design of incentive programs, product spec sheets and clinic materials Identify and recommend marketing opportunities for future growth by deepening the understanding of the market, competition, business goals and value propositions Maintain process documentation and ensure all documents, marketing materials and programs across the business adhere to established brand standards and guidelines You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or related field 5+ years of Marketing experience 3+ years of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop experience Experience working in a cross-functional team collaboration and communication/thrives in a team environment Experience with direct marketing campaign development and implementation skills Experience identifying and developing innovative solutions to non-standard requests and solve complex problems Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
