As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our brand, digital presence, thought leadership initiatives, and market awareness activities.



Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing PSPSync's marketing strategy with a primary focus on digital marketing, content creation, brand development, thought leadership, and lead generation.

This role will work closely with the executive team to elevate PSPSync's presence within the Canadian pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem while supporting business development initiatives and strategic growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities

Priority 1: LinkedIn Strategy & Content

  • Develop and execute PSPSync's LinkedIn content strategy.
  • Create and publish a minimum of:
    • Two posts per week on the PSPSync corporate page.
    • One post per week supporting executive thought leadership content.
  • Develop content for:
    • Industry insights
    • PSP trends
    • Case studies
    • Company announcements
    • Event participation
    • Thought leadership articles
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance.

Priority 2: Website Management & Optimization

  • Own and manage the PSPSync website.
  • Ensure content remains current, professional, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and new content development.
  • Improve website performance, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to increase traffic and engagement.

Priority 3: Thought Leadership & Industry Positioning

  • Develop white papers, articles, presentations, and educational content.
  • Support executive team speaking engagements and conference participation.
  • Position PSPSync as a recognized leader in patient support programs and healthcare innovation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create meaningful industry content.

Priority 4: Business Development Support

  • Create sales and marketing collateral.
  • Develop presentations, one-pagers, brochures, and case studies.
  • Support RFP responses and proposal development.
  • Assist with conference planning, sponsorship opportunities, and industry events.
  • Develop materials that support manufacturer engagement and partnership opportunities.

Priority 5: Brand Management

  • Maintain consistency across all company communications and visual assets.
  • Support development of corporate messaging and brand standards.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen market awareness and brand recognition.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with PSPSync's mission and values.

Priority 6: Marketing Analytics & Performance

  • Establish marketing KPIs and reporting metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement.
  • Provide monthly reporting on:
    • Website traffic
    • LinkedIn performance
    • Content engagement
    • Lead generation activities
    • Brand awareness initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing corporate websites and digital assets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and marketing technology platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, patient support programs, or specialty pharmacy.
  • Experience supporting B2B business development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulated industries.
  • Graphic design and marketing automation experience.

Success Metrics

The successful candidate will:

  • Consistently publish high-quality LinkedIn content.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the PSPSync website.
  • Increase brand awareness within the Canadian pharmaceutical market.
  • Produce compelling sales and thought leadership materials.
  • Support business development activities through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Establish measurable growth in digital engagement and lead generation.
