About the Role
Marketing Strategy and Insights is a newly formed team within the Marketing Operations and acts as internal consultants to all parts of the Marketing organization, delivering targeted insights into key components of the marketing engine including marketing campaign effectiveness, attribution and ROI, lead scoring, lead management, and more. This newly created manager role will own components of both strategy and execution and act as a contributor to lead management, operations and infrastructure. This is not a "stay in your lane" role as the ideal candidate should thrive working cross-functionally to understand and create big picture solutions
What You Will Do:
As Leads Operations Manager, you will own lead scoring, lead routing and lead management; you will partner with our Sales Development organization to ensure SLA alignment and sales funnel conversions.
You will design, optimize and build business processes, workflows, technology solutions and roadmaps to remove unnecessary friction in our lead funnel.
You will partner with our Marketing Systems and Sales Systems teams to optimize our existing technology; you will work with partners in Marketing Operations, Revenue and Growth, Finance, Data Science and more to translate business requirements into solutions and execute strategic and tactical changes to lead flow integrations, workflows, infrastructure, metric definitions and reporting to improve conversions.
You will own measurement and forensics across our lead flow funnel and instrument measurements, new solutions and observability to track improvements or understand when things are not working well or as intended.
You will be a "trusted advisor" and business partner to the marketing and sales organizations, focused on functional alignment, operational excellence, strategic planning and revenue optimization.
What You Will Bring:
5+ years of experience in an analytics role supporting a go-to-market organization in marketing, sales, operations, marketing systems, data science, or some combination; possess a strong understanding of finance, economics, math/statistics
Deep familiarity with modern marketing and sales technology stacks (Marketo, Segment, SFDC, Iterable, Leandata, Outreach)
2+ years of SQL experience
Experience with data visualization such as Tableau and high proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Strong project management skills: proven ability to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environments
Strong business judgment and acumen: Be a tenacious decision maker, able to assess priorities and execute to drive key business outcomes; expertise in group facilitation and the ability to identify, mitigate, and/or escalate.
Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
