Position Purpose
The Senior Marketing Manager of Social Media Strategy will develop and execute social media strategies for the Supercuts & Roosters brands that are focused on supporting and driving the established goals for the businesses. The ideal candidate is experienced in social channel landscape and driving meaningful brand experiences via both major and emerging social environments. This position will partner with various teams and departments across the organization and coordinate and collaborate with key brand partners, agencies, and influencers to deliver timely, on-strategy and synergistic social media initiatives for Supercuts & Roosters.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a holistic social media strategy for the Supercuts & Roosters brands that align with business goals
  • Manage the Supercuts & Roosters social media content calendars (national and local) to determine appropriate timeline for posting, engaging, and optimizing content specific to each social media platform. Audience focus should be two-fold:
    • On attracting new, connecting with, and influencing customers and
    • Attracting new stylists and building energy around our stylist communities
  • Manage and execute social media activities across all pertinent platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) and audiences that deliver upon the Supercuts & Roosters brand strategies
  • Be an owner of the Supercuts and Roosters brands and develop content and creative according to brand standards
  • Recommend, execute, and optimize paid national social media campaigns, partnering closely with Supercutss Media AOR on budget and planning
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Set specific objectives, report on ROI, and ultimately be able to tie social activity to business outcomes
  • Optimize user following and engagement by applying insights to content and platform approach
  • Monitor changing audience preferences and make recommendations to adapt accordingly
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Track social media performance and establish regular reporting and share out cadence with broader brand team
  • Collaborate closely with Social Customer Care Manager to ensure conversations with followers occur in a consistent brand voice across all channels, customers are supported and won, and make recommendations for local content to be made available through the Rallio platform
  • Collaborate with other members of the Regis Marketing team to generate content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage, share and opt in while being a trusted source of authenticity in all social media and digital initiatives
  • Partner closely with Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Experience to ensure key social moments are aligned with customer expectations and desires.
Qualifications: Required:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Creatively inclinedcan direct both planned production and use online tools or scrappy methods to produce social-first content
  • Has a working understanding of popular social media platforms and experience managing programs, publishing, and relationships via top platform tools
  • Experience working within the Khoros and Rallio platforms is a plus
  • An eye for detail and impeccable grammar
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, keyword research, native social platform analytics and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Robust analytical skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, and the ability and willingness to bring recommendations forward regularly
  • Be an early adapter of emerging social media platforms and trends
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or another relevant field
  • Beauty/retail industry experience is a plus
