Position Summary The Senior Manager, Product Marketing Planning | HHP | Mass & B2B SKU will report to the Director, Product Marketing Planning and is responsible for demand generation strategy, the marketing planning interlock between the Product team and all stakeholder teams, and the design/execution/measurement of end-to-end marketing plans.This position focuses on marketing programs and measurement, promotional programs and offers, competitor tracking and category insights.Role and ResponsibilitiesAccountable for producing the end-to-end marketing plan for HHP/Software/Service product categories by coordinating a planning cadence with Mobile Marketing, Channel Marketing, and other stakeholder teams. Partners closely with the category manager to ensure marketing plans are built in accordance with category goals for marketshare, use-cases, target segments, and routes-to-market (RTM).Establish marketing measures and KPIsTrack & analyze the market landscape, and share updates and point-of-view (POV) on key changes in consumer, customer, or competitor trends/activities with the organization.Execute on category insights in partnership with Category Management leader.In partnership with stakeholder teams, build multi-stage demand gen funnels.Gain and maintain a deep understanding of sales process across all HHP product categories and routes-to-market.Manage allocation of MDF / SD to drive attainment of revenue targets at the product level and ensure marketing activity investment levels are tied to revenue expectations with sign-off from key stakeholdersParticipate in executive meetings with customers and partners to present SEA B2B marketing objectives and strategies.Candidate Characteristics highly motivated and self-drivenorganized, detailed, goal driven, and achievement orientedable to critically evaluate data and plansable to think strategically and tacticallycomfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environmentQualifications/SkillsBachelor Degree required12+ years relevant experienceExperience with commercial technologies or consumer electronicsExcellent written & oral communication skills with proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations Experience producing highly effective presentations to communicate with internal and external customers, and executives. Passion for creating great customer experiences and for solving problemsAbility to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlinesPhysical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions Work is generally performed in an office environment.Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds.Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress.Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas.Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
