Position Summary The Senior Manager of Product Development and Performance Management will be responsible for client relationship management, campaign performance management, and product development across a patient engagement/care coordination portfolio. This product portfolio focuses on a best-in-class patient and member engagement solution focused on the difficult to engage population and specializing in connecting those to the appropriate site of care and/or next best action. In this role, you will meet routinely with clients to understand needs and priorities, collaborate on solutioning, and present performance results. This role will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, management and accountability of engagement outreach campaigns. You will also support product development and capability advancement to further optimize this product offering. What you will do Campaign Performance Management Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, establishes routine alignment and consultation meetings with business partners to understand needs and priorities while sharing product solutions, and routinely presents performance updates to clients Implements outreach campaigns (including journey creation, training development, and data management), monitors KPIs, and oversees campaign performance to achieve business targets Data analysis to understand patterns, root cause identification, and development and implementation of corrective actions Manages and manipulates data sets, including formatting, configuration, and enrichment, to support campaign based member engagement Product Development Supports the development of Gaps in Care product strategic roadmap, pipeline, solution enhancements and operating plans Directs enhancements to business processes, policies, and infrastructure to improve product delivery Develops actionable insights derived from market trends, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement for products Supports the development and implementation of new solution initiatives, including product features and enhancements; assists in the management and creation of robust high-level business requirements and specifications, and manages the product development process Required Qualifications Experience in managing program performance and/or product development 3+ years’ experience in healthcare, care delivery, and/or care management Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications, or similar application suites (Open Office, Google Drive, etc.) Track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey your rationale and needed actions to engage diverse audiences and influence leaders concisely and effectively Maintain a high level of organization and be able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines Take full accountability for results, serve as product expert, and leverage all resources available to achieve KPIs Adept at execution and delivery Intrinsically motivated to drive continuous process improvement and optimize products and services Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
