You'll own strategy, design, execution and operations of HireVue's marketing databases, technology solutions, automation, and reporting.This is a broad role that includes collaboration across multiple teams, marketing platforms, and data projects. You will help our team identify funnel optimizations, select new technologies, improve data workflows, and help marketing drive demand and sales pipeline by identifying what works (or what doesn't). We are looking for a highly collaborative teammate who loves processes, data, reporting, and is energized by fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Design of marketing automation & operations processes to support demand generation and other marketing goals. Experience in both ABM and demand generation for creation of pipeline to targets. Primary owner of marketing tech stack, including Marketo, SFDC, Google Analytics, Full Circle Insights, Drift, 6Sense. Focus on managing systems to generate demand, route through sales qualification process, and report on results through revenue. Manage our marketing technology portfolio including the selection, implementation, integration, maintenance, roadmap, and adoption of new technology. Collaborate with the broader marketing team and sales operations to analyze data, develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization. Create and maintain reporting dashboards on marketing and sales effectiveness and business results with support of marketing operations associate. Identify and integrate new data sources to improve quality of marketing to sales pipeline (e.g. for appending data like ZoomInfo and 6Sense) Define, create, map, and document key marketing processes and proactively identify gaps and optimizations for current processes. Ensure effective data management that promotes data accuracy, hygiene, and improved marketing effectiveness. Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to data errors, system workflows, and platform inconsistencies. Requirements B2B SaaS experience preferred. BA/BS or equivalent working experience, with at least 5 years experience in marketing operations or sales operations related role. Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Google Sheet/Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM. Proficiency in marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred), Google Analytics and SFDC and integrating those systems with other technologies. Knowledge of Full Circle Insights and 6Sense platforms preferred Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of marketing demand generation channels, marketing programs, and tactics Strong operations and data analytical skills with an understanding of measuring ROI and funnel management.
